The project includes engineering, manufacturing, installation and start up for a complete cement terminal. The terminal handles intake of cement from ships, storing cement in 2 silos and filling bulk trucks with cement.
The terminal operates without personnel. Truck loading is operated by truck drivers.
The installation includes:
- Transport piping from quay to silos, capacity up to 400 tons/hour.
- Diverter for transport to two silos. Dedusting equipment.
- 2 silos 9 000 tons and 5 000 tons cement.
- Truck loading building.
- Truck scale. Control equipment for truck loading ordered amount of cement.
- Transport equipment, capacity 200 tons/hour for dust free truck loading from silos. The truck is placed on the truck scale and a screw conveyor with loading spouts is moved to the inlets in the truck tanks.
- Control equipment for the complete installation. Communication with the client's business system.
- Electric equipment and installation.
Installations starts June 1st and the terminal shall be in operation before January 2012.

The installation includes:

- Truck scale. Control equipment for truck loading ordered amount of cement.
- Truck loading equipment. The truck is placed on a truck scale and a chain conveyor with loading spouts is moved to the inlets in the truck tanks.

Installations starts September and the terminal shall be in operation end of October 2011.

Turn-key delivery of plant for drying and screening of sand.
This project includes engineering, manufacturing, assembly and test run of equipment for the handling of sand material. The sand is transported with wheel loader from the pit to the feeder before dryer. The sand is separated into a number of fractions, from 0 to 4 mm, that are stored in silos. The different fractions will be dosed from the silos, controlled from the computer and transported to a truck loading station. It is also possible to transport the ready mixed sand to an existing storage.
The installation includes:
- Foundation for building, receiving station and conveyors
- Covered receiving hopper with belt feeder
- Steel building approx. 38 x 8.6 x 30 m. (LxWxH)

The building includes 30off rectangular silos with various volume and capacity. Bulkteknik Sweden AB is also responsible for equipment
procurement & installation of, ie bucket elevator and chain conveyors. The scoop of work also includes dimensioning and fabrication / assembly
of the entire building which consists of approx. 300ton steel.

Convert and refurbish existing cement terminal to instead handle flyash.
Existing terminal to be extended with a new load out line and complete change of existing transport, aspiration and de-dusting system.
The extension with one extra load out line also includes change of operating system to Bulkteknik Sweden AB's own developed system. This system is
controlled by the truck driver him self only, no stationary personnel is required. This allows for deliveries 24h per day and 265days per year! This
is of course a great advantage compared with more traditional terminals systems.
